- Batteries launched for inverters, automobiles, solar use and e-rickshaws

After taking the nation by storm with its various products, the MSG brand is now set to enter the power sector. On Saturday, Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan AKA Dr MSG inaugurated the MSG battery unit at Bajeka Road in Sirsa.
During this ceremony, Dr MSG personally inspected every machine and tested its efficiency by switching on every machine with his own hands.
This unit, established by MSG Electric System Pvt. Ltd., will manufacture all kinds of batteries for domestic and automobile use which will be made available in markets across the country.
At this ceremony, more details were provided by Mr. Ankur Singla who is the technical advisor of MSG Electric System Pvt. Ltd.
He said that Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan provided another gift to the people under the MSG brand by inaugurating the battery unit at the auspicious time of 12:15 pm on Sunday. On this occasion, Saint also provided some useful technical tips to all battery manufacturers.
Mr. Ankur said that this new unit will produce batteries for inverters (to power homes), automobiles (of all sizes), solar energy as well as for e-rickshaws.
The main highlight is the fact that batteries manufactured here will be sold at a price that’s cheaper than market rates while maintaining a much higher quality. The shelf life of these batteries is 6 years and the company shall provide a 4 year warranty to the consumers.
Use of cutting-edge technology
Mr. Ankur said that the batteries will be manufactured using world-class modern equipment and machines imported from Germany and the United States. The batteries will also go through several rounds of testing and inspection to ensure their superior quality.
1000 batteries to be made daily
Located in Sirsa, the battery manufacturing unit sprawls across an area of 1.25 acres and employs several hundred people. Mr. Ankur said that the unit will manufacture 1000 batteries per day and the process had already started on Dec. 25.
He said that the first stage will see batteries being sold in all markets across Haryana, Punjab, and Rajasthan, and subsequently, the product will be rolled out for sales across the country.
