Youth in Haryana will be provided free driving lessons by the government. Launched by the Haryana Skill Development Authority, the scheme is called “Free Driving Courses”.
Popular driving schools from across the state that wish to participate in this program has been invited to submit their expression of interest before 30th June, 2017.
A spokesperson said that the government has launched this program to inculcate safe driving habits and knowledge of traffic rules amongst youth in Haryana.
The driving schools that participate in this program will have the fees of all youth reimbursed by the Haryana Skill Development Authority.
The main criteria for driving schools that wish to participate is that they need to have valid licenses for the year 2017-18.
